Returns:

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise decided by Salomay International LLC. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We use USPS ( United States Postal Services ) as our delivery carrier and therefore rely on USPS for proper delivery and their feedback on delivery status. We are not responsible for any Lost, Delayed or Damaged products/items due to the negligence of USPS. Our products/items leave our facility in perfect condition. As soon as an order is shipped, it is out of our control. An email containing a tracking number is sent to every customer upon shipment of every order. It is the customers responsibility to track and ensure their availability to collect the shipment at the time of delivery in order to minimize package theft. All lost, delayed or damaged packages should be claimed directly from USPS by customer unless otherwise decided by Salomay International LLC. Upon completion of a transaction by the customer, it is noted that the customer accepts all terms and conditions.
